signal, if needed.
a Click the Laser tab in the Cytometer window and check the FSC Area
Scaling value.
• If the FSC-A signal is lower than FSC-H, increase FSC area scaling.
• If the FSC-A signal is higher than FSC-H, decrease FSC area scaling.
