10 In the Sort Layout window, change the precision mode to Fine Tune.
11 Optimize the drop delay.
Adjust the Drop Delay value in 0.03-drop increments (click arrow control)
until the left side stream intensity is t90%. Wait a few seconds after each
click for a complete response to the delay change.

12 Click the Optical Filter button to move the emission filter away from the
camera.
13 Reset the window extension to its original setting (typically 2).
