Setting Up for Sorting
Refer to your instrument manual for instructions.
1 Start up the flow cytometer system.
2 Start up the evacuator as described in the previous section.
3 Follow the standard sort setup procedure.
NOTE Always start up the evacuator before setting up for sorting. If you
start up the evacuator after sort setup is complete, you will need to repeat
the setup procedure.
